This week has been very busy and the weekend isn't going to get better. I think. I cooked on Tuesday. And Wednesday was Veronica Mars Wednesday, with all that that entails. Last night, I baked a cake for a colleague, as today is her last day as she has to take her vacation before going on maternity leave.

I also need to stop by Lush, because I'm out of soap, almost out of shampoo and desperately in need of some imperialis cream for my face. Tomorrow is Canadian Thanksgiving. For the first time in years, I'm actually preparing a version of a traditional meal. Except vegan. Homemade tofurky, stuffing, pumpkin pie, purple potatoes and gravy. All vegan. Plus, grilled asparagus and zucchini. I anticipate lots of leftovers ( Read more... )
